THE PARK ENTRANCE
So I'll be doing this area by area. The entrance is fairly simple with some lovely Incompetech music booming over the loudspeakers. Also includes Entrance Hot Dogs and Entrance Drinks, just behind the camera. Notice I went to the detail to place a "rides unavailable" sign just inside the entrance.
PHOENIX
Here are some views of Phoenix, my lovely B&M Invert, themed around a castle thrown apart by a Phoenix. This is one of my favourite areas I've ever built on RCT3, just the foliage, the coaster, the theming and the queueline.
I also very much like how the entrance to this coaster is under the loop. Also, in many ways this coaster could be compared to Nemesis Inferno, and I think Inferno is the closest thing to it.
Some of the ride's theming. Notice the ride is broken down. This is because the coaster is 22 years old.
The ride during testing, not just because it's just broken down for the 342,984th time, but also because no one is in the queue.
This is how close you get up to the ride in the queue, and one of many reasons why I love the queue.
Below is Phoenix Umbrella, the most popular stall in the park.
To end the pictures of Phoenix we have an overview of the area. To list the other stalls, we have Phoenix Drinks, Phoenix Toilets, and the only stall in the area not related to Phoenix, Doughnut Diner
Sigh.
ENCHANTED FOREST
The Enchanted Forest is a mainly kids area with a Corkscrew coaster hidden away. For some reason guests only use one of the three paths here. I have no idea.
In the Enchanted Forest, we have the Ladybird Coaster, the main attraction despite one of the Big 5 being in this area, the Tea Cups Ride, the Ferris Wheel, the Enchanted Disko and some shops of which there are too many to remember.
And now for The Corkscrew. Hidden away at the back of the Enchanted Forest, The Corkscrew is one of our Big 5 as well as Phoenix, Colossus, MotoBike GP and EAGLE. Here is the stick-out element, and also the last one, the Cobra Head after the second main drop.
TROPICANA
Tropicana is our Tropical themed area with Calypso music playing. In this area are the Tropic Thunder Bobs, Tropic Waves, Eagle Island and the main attraction, Jungle Rapids.
Tropic Waves was a Rock'n'Tug if you were wondering. Here are a few shots of Jungle Rapids and it's food outlet Jungle Burger.
EAGLE ISLAND
This area houses the B&M Flyer EAGLE. The story is someone is using an island off the coast of Tropicana to conduct an experiment to make humans fly like Eagles. This area, although the newest, has a fair bit of history. The pond you see now was once home to an unpopular Dinghy Slide named Tropic Heatwave, with the queue being what is now the path into the Eagle Island. Tropic HeatWave lasted 5 years before being replaced by Eagle, with the queueline for HeatWave being kept to now serve as Eagle's queueline. In turn, Eagle faced many months of downtime the next year when Eagle Island was built and the queueline turned into the entrance of the area. This also led to a decrease in water level.
Here is the new entrance for Eagle. It is worth mentioning at this point that the pond has been here since Tropic HeatWave :P
The main element of Eagle is this over-banked turn.
